What I love most about
Spirited is it’s about you.

We work with what’s actually happening in your life
and go from there.

What would you like to work on together?

  • You might come into Spirited wanting help with your work, a relationship, a decision, or just knowing that something feels off.
  • Maybe you find yourself overthinking decisions, trying to prove yourself, putting other people’s needs ahead of your own, beating yourself up, or trying to be perfect.
  • Or you might want to pursue a bold goal, indulge in what you love, or embrace parts of yourself you’ve held back. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on.

You might come into Spirited wanting help with your work, a relationship, a decision, or just knowing that something feels off.

Every quarter, we create a
personal theme you’re excited about.

  1. Step 1

    Start with a
    1-on-1 session.

We get clear on what’s next for you. Bring a struggle you want to work through or a dream you want to pursue. Your messy truth is welcome.

  2. Step 2

    Create your
    quarterly theme.

Together, we create an inspiring vision for your next three months. This becomes your personal theme, guiding your growth throughout the quarter.

  3. Step 3

    Get support
    as you go.

As you work toward your vision, get help with challenges, decisions, and next steps. You can also get support with anything happening in your life, whether it relates to your theme or not.

What might your year look like?

Here are examples of real people’s Spirited journeys. See if any of them speak to you.

Q1 Theme

Spiritually Connected To Myself

Noticing what she needed when she felt anxious or overwhelmed. Building daily practices to feel calmer during conflict and in daily life.

Q2 Theme

Finding Strength in Surrender

Finding strength in ease, connection, humility, and awe. Opening up to new possibilities.

Q3 Theme

Honesty with Love

Being truthful to herself and lovingly telling others the truth. Gaining freedom and peace by holding these boundaries.

Q4 Theme

Embodied Beauty, Surrender & Wonder

Letting go of attachment to outcomes and staying open to softer ways of co-creating with life.

Where she started

“I never want to disappoint the people closest to me, so instead of listening to myself, I just agree and end up not advocating for what I actually need or want.

It is so hard for me to ask for help or to even admit that I need anything.”

What we worked on

  • Holding boundaries after hard conversations
  • Getting comfortable naming her needs and asking for help
  • Staying open instead of becoming defensive with loved ones
  • Finding space to pause and breathe during difficult moments with family
  • Saying what she needed instead of saying yes to avoid disappointing others
  • Letting go of a fixed picture of what her career should become
  • Returning to her practices without judging herself for slipping
  • Asking for help instead of hiding her needs

Where she ended up

“I have more autonomy over my own life.

Instead of saying yes to everything, I say no when something doesn’t align with my goals. I’m honest about what I need and what’s a priority for me.

I feel more connected to my partner because we’re telling each other our truths.”

Q1 Theme

Certainty Not Required

Letting himself explore what he couldn’t yet explain, prove, or know for sure.

Q2 Theme

Deepening My Breath

Creating space to slow down, center himself, and feel calmer. Discovering that his breath could take him somewhere thinking alone couldn’t.

Q3 Theme

Steering Toward Nourishment

Learning that pushing harder wasn’t always the smartest way forward. Making room for what nourished him, even when it initially felt like a detour.

Q4 Theme

Finding Connection Beyond the Mind

Slowing down enough to feel connected to himself, nature, and something larger.

Where he started

“Working 40 hours a week as an engineer makes it difficult to change my thinking from requiring or searching for certainty.

I still have a nagging fear that I am wasting my time searching for answers and that I will die never having known what is ‘correct.’

I’m not good at recognizing my own emotions or putting into words what I’m feeling.”

What we worked on

  • Making meditation a daily practice to slow his mind and find calm
  • Figuring out what he actually needed instead of what he thought should work
  • Speaking up even when he worried about being questioned or judged
  • Noticing depletion in his body instead of pushing through just to reach the goal
  • Trying new things that made him feel alive w/o needing to know where it’d lead
  • Naming his emotions throughout the day so he could process them
  • Slowing down to feel more present, peaceful, and able to enjoy everyday life

Where he ended up

“I have an inner peace and confidence I’d been lacking in my life. I’m able to accept new ideas and try new things, whereas before I may have written them off right away.

I’ve been able to reflect more deeply about situations and feelings I’m experiencing. Using my breath has been very healing and a source of calm for me.

The biggest difference is the openness that comes from allowing myself not to need certainty.”

Q1 Theme

Go For Enjoyment

Choosing lightness, play, and bold action over caution, perfection, and playing it safe.

Q2 Theme

New Norm of Nourishment

Learning to give herself the love and nourishment she’d felt in a relationship. Making that care part of everyday life, even without a partner.

Q3 Theme

Gentle Love

Learning to love without abandoning herself. Letting go of the need to control where relationships went.

Q4 Theme

No Bad Parts

Getting to know the protective parts behind her fear and self-criticism. Meeting them with compassion so she could let love in and enjoy her life more.

Where she started

“I really craved physical touch and connection. I’d obsessively try to gauge if someone liked me or not.

I worried that people didn’t care about me, created stories that reflected badly on me, and tried to change myself to keep people interested and attached.

My guilt and shame over being an inconvenience led me to try and never need anything from anyone. It was exhausting.”

What we worked on

  • Checking how she felt being with someone, not just whether they liked her
  • Saying no without feeling she had to justify the reason why
  • Using breathwork to help her inner child feel safe being loved
  • Letting herself receive support when life got hard instead of handling everything alone
  • Catching when “too busy” was really a way to avoid vulnerability
  • Getting curious about what her body was saying instead of judging it
  • Thanking her fear for trying to protect her, then asking it to step aside

Where she ended up

[ Shortly after our work finished… ] “I’m almost four months into the healthiest relationship I’ve been in yet, which is exciting and a little terrifying.

I don’t have to be so vigilant in observing, constantly weighing the pros and cons, and analyzing everything in an attempt to protect myself from hurt.

At the end of the day, I bring my unique love and passion and insight, and whatever happens down the road will happen.”

Q1 Theme

Mystic Creative Energy Vitamins

Feeding his soul through writing, art, and music… without turning creativity into another achievement project.

Q2 Theme

Divine Dad

Giving his inner child the same love, steadiness, and safety he gives to others.

Q3 Theme

Cosmic Walkie-Talkie

Strengthening his “spiritual antenna”. Listening inward, trusting his intuition, and acting when something meaningful felt right.

Q4 Theme

Loosening The Grip

Bringing more of his creative, spiritual self into work and family while loosening his need for control.

Where he started

“I felt this constant pressure to be perfect and to perform at a very high level around the clock.

My career is only half of me. I want to use all of me. I put my art on a shelf long ago and regretted it every day since. It felt like I put the most powerful part of my soul away for ‘safe’ keeping and then forgot the combination.

I judged myself harshly for the things I loved most. I believed I had to fix everything and make up for my perceived shortcomings before allowing myself to just enjoy life.”

What we worked on

  • Collapsing the divide between his professional self and spiritual self
  • Following his inner voice instead of only hearing it
  • Prioritizing time in nature and relationships that genuinely nourished him
  • Using writing as meditation to make sense of what he was experiencing
  • Learning to comfort his inner child instead of repeating harsh criticism from childhood
  • Making room for spiritual experiences that felt meaningful to him
  • Making a playful morning ritual that feeds his soul

Where he ended up

“I write more. I play the guitar more. I’m more creative, even when I’m at work. I’m WAY more plugged into my Spiritual Self. I have a new job role with increased remote-work flexibility.

I’m having more rewarding conversations with my partner, family, coworkers, and strangers alike. My heart is more open. I show myself more compassion. My entire life breathes easier.

[As our work continued…] During my annual evaluation, I spoke to my boss honestly about what I enjoyed and where I no longer felt aligned. I received the highest possible eval score and a substantial pay raise.”

Q1 Theme

Energy Field of Trust

Connecting with a sense of trust that helped her feel confident, authentic, and less dependent on approval.

Q2 Theme

Support

Feeling in her bones that life has her back (not just a concept in her head). Receiving support without feeling weak, ashamed, or like a burden.

Q3 Theme

Insignificant Joyride

Letting herself play and experiment without being driven by needing to be significant or perfect.

Q4 Theme

Courage and Fear Join Forces

Meeting her fear with compassion while reconnecting with her fierceness and feminine power.

Where she started

“I was coming from a belief and identity that I’m not enough. I wanted to break my need for external validation to feel seen, worthy, loved.

At work, I easily second-guess myself, which takes the fun out of it.

I tend to wait and overthink until everything gets out of proportion. I feel blocked and get lost in stagnation.”

What we worked on

  • Not letting outcomes decide how she felt about herself
  • Catching herself when second-guessing took the fun out of the work
  • Taking her own needs seriously without feeling guilty about it
  • Asking for support before she was overwhelmed
  • Not making herself smaller when she needed to stand her ground
  • Trusting her own intuition instead of other people’s assessment
  • Not treating a setback as proof she couldn’t trust herself

Where she ended up

“I love and appreciate myself more, simply for who I am.

I feel less driven by the need for approval and more connected to the joy of contributing. That’s a game changer.

I’ve been able to receive joy in a new way, with so much openness, gratitude, and childlike freshness.”

How is this 1-on-1 coaching if it’s in a group?

I designed Spirited to give you the depth and personal attention
of 1-on-1 coaching, while being part of an intimate group journey.

We’ll start each quarter with a private session, followed by individual coaching in our live group sessions every two weeks.

You can also reach out to me privately anytime, so when something comes up in everyday life, you don’t have to wait until our next session to get support.

You get the depth of 1-on-1 coaching

Private 1-on-1 sessions.
Each quarter starts with a deep session together, where we create your theme. You can also get support with anything in your life, including things you’d rather explore privately.
We meet every two weeks on video.
We check in on how you’re doing, and I ask who’d like individual coaching. The group is small enough to make room for everyone who wants it. Bring whatever’s happening in your life or in your theme, and we’ll work through it together.
The coaching deepens.
As our relationship grows, I get to know you deeply: your edges, strengths, and patterns. Having a full year to work together gives us space to make changes that last.

Plus the benefits of a group

Support between sessions.
You can reach out to me privately when something feels hard, a decision comes up, or you want help putting what we’ve explored into practice. You don’t have to wait until our next session.
Meaningful relationships.
You get to know interesting people doing their own deep work and build honest, supportive relationships about what’s really happening in your life. As you hear each other get coached, you’ll often recognize something in your own life and discover a different way to approach it.
Lower investment than 1-on-1.
You get the best of both worlds: 1-on-1 coaching and a group journey, at a lower investment than working with me fully privately for the year.

Prefer more private coaching sessions? Spirited Plus offers extra private sessions for an additional fee. But you don’t need it. You have my full commitment and support in the standard Spirited experience.

What can you expect from me as your coach?

As your coach, I’m not here to impose my vision of who you should become. I want to help you discover what’s genuinely true for you and live from that place.

One of the things I’ve become unusually good at is hearing what’s underneath what you’re saying: Where are you stuck? What’s your deeper truth? What’s the obvious thing you’re not seeing? What’s your next-level of development that’s wanting to emerge?

I work with the whole person, not just their thinking. That often means slowing down to get more present, tracking what’s happening in your nervous system, connecting with the deeper guidance of your inner wisdom, and translating that into action steps for your life.

Because we’re working together over a year, I’m also holding the larger arc of your journey: the themes we’ve worked with, the patterns that keep returning, the unique strengths I see in you, and what your spirit is asking for.

Our sessions can be practical, emotional, spiritual, funny, confronting, or light: sometimes all in the same hour. I won’t force or shame you into doing anything. But I will care enough to challenge you when I think you’re selling yourself short.

“Thank you for normalizing what the fuck I’m feeling and helping me navigate it bravely, honestly, and lovingly.”

The next Spirited journey begins January 2027.

Current participants get first access to next year’s group. About two-thirds usually choose to return for another year, so only a few spots typically open up for new participants.

The best fits tend to be people who aren’t new to inner work.

They want to be deeply seen, lovingly challenged, and supported in trusting themselves to act on what feels right for them.
